The Sauces

These sauces are obtained by adding various types of vegetables to the base of traditional recipes. The result of such delicate union is such that they are the ideal condiment for meat and boiled fish, canape’s, etc., bestowing them an incomparable taste.

 

 

Salsa Tartufata
Surely it represents the flower in the buttonhole of our production. This delicious sauce, formed from the union of mushrooms and truffles, is the ideal condiment for each type of pasta (spaghetti, tortellini, etc.) but it can also be used to prepare delightful bruschette or canape’s. Combined with various types of meat (roast-beef, breasts of chicken and turkey, rabbit, etc.) it transforms them into delicate and unusual dishes.
